The First Step to Improving You: Make Your Bed

It may sound simple, but I have heard that making your bed each morning can set you up for a day full of productivity. A Huffington Post article stated,

If you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task, and another, and another. And by the end of the day that one task completed will have turned into many tasks completed.

Being in college has made me lazy. I couldn’t tell you the last time making my bed was a part of my normal routine, but I must admit it was refreshing coming home to a pretty set up.
